Premiership Prediction League 2008-09
« on: 13 August 2008, 12:59:17 »
Here we go.  Prediction league for this season.

For those who dont know the points work like this:
2 points for the correct score
1 point for the predicting the correct outcome of the game - win, loss, draw

eg.  You predict Arsenal to win 2-0 against West Brom
If the actual result was 2-0, you get 2 points
If the actual result was 1-0, 3-0, 2-1... Arsenal, you get 1 point

Anyone is more than welcome to join.

Good luck everyone, but clearly I'm retaining my title! ::lol::

The first fixtures of the season:

Saturday, 16 August 2008
Arsenal v West Brom,
Bolton v Stoke,

Hull v Fulham,
Middlesbrough v Tottenham,
Sunderland v Liverpool,
West Ham v Wigan,

Sunday, 17 August 2008

Again for all you Dundee United lovers out there, live again this weekend.  Hopefully they do better than a trouncing from a newly promoted side and get a draw/win at the fortress that is Tannadice!

Oh and Cal you'll be very glad to know that I wont ever have to complain about the lack of AFL since I subscribed to some Aussie Sport TV website and can watch all my Freo there. ::lol::

Yeah I may have found a way of watching Freo but its costing me £22.99 a year.  Curse myself, its all my fault really!
Yes there is still that to complain about I suppose!    And the lack of Dundee United.  Well this weekend is the second time they will be on but it'll probably be it until December or something.  Only like 12 teams in the SPL and they rarely show my United  >:(

Youre welcome!
Yeah I know I have football but I want football of the Australian variety!  At least Fremantle won there last game.  I've also got my sister coming to stay so I probably wont be able to see Madrid. ::)

This is like the 3rd week Arsenal have been on live.  Very strange.  Granted this will probably be the last time until December or something. ::lol::
