And about the rumours:I heard them too,but honestly I doubt that Fernando will leave Athletic in the near future,especially if he has a contract until 2013.
I know they are a clubs ,which sell players before the end of their contracts,but even though I'm new to the whole Athletic thing , I'm pretty sure they won't let him go anytime soon.
As far as I know he is somewhat of an icon for the Athletic fans,especially after the WC,so yeah. Beside it would just look weird seeing him not in rojiblanco .
But I agree with you,Fernando could learn a lot if he would go to an English Club,just like the other Nando ^^,but still ...he'll always gonna be mi rey de leon
