^true, we always do well and then in the finals we fail  >:( but they must get alot better till WC, they played horrible in the qualifier games  >:(

*sighs* cant wait for the WC...wish it wouldnt be that far away, would be awesom to be in the stadium  :'(

Yeah I read from finnish media about it because she has been married with finnish football player before Mesut. She likes footballers ;)

I love Ozil because he's so cute and he's a Muslim like me. He always recites Quran before the match...and it helps him a lot, seemingly... :)

I'm really surprised about that transfer. Don't think Real Madrid really needs him. There are so many players fighting for the same position (vdV, Canales, Kaka (when healthy), Özil etc ...). I've heard it's 15 Millions and additional 1,5millions depending on Real's success this season. I think the start will be pretty tough for Özil since he speak's no spanish and didn't train with the rest of the team.

I was furious when I read that he is going to Madrid... Love him as a player, and I'm pretty sure that he will easily find his place in Real, but damn it, I really wanted him in barca :( . Such a great player :(

What I also found surprising is that weeks ago he said that Barcelona is his absolute favourite team since his youth. There were even some rumours that Barca wanted to sign him when his contract with Werder Bremen ends next year. But suddenly, Real Madrid offers him 5 million euros a season and he immidiately signs. So afterall, Barcelona can't be that important to him.

omg he´s the first turkish player who plays for real madrid...!!
but in his interview he talk about his favourit teams he would like to play the first team was fenerbahce and the second barcelona so i don´t understand why he has choosed real madrid !!
