Hmm...I don't think I've heard of cream powder. I use a Beauty Balm foundation. It's pretty amazing. I'll get into it later but I have to be off now.

Hmm...I think I know what you mean. I have seen those kinds of foundation around. Not quite powdery but not liquid either, but they're packaged in compacts a lot like powders, right?

I use Missha's Beauty Balm. BB creams are a mix of tinted moisturizer meets foundation. It gives really good coverage, and help protect the skin from breakouts. It works well for me, at least. With my old foundation, which was MakeUpForever, it was light, but I could feel it breaking my skin up if I wore it too often or too long. But with my BB cream it never feels bad for my skin. It also has SPF 42. Sunblock tends to break my skin out too, so very happy with my BB cream!

yeah that's it! actually i don't put too much make up on my face. just a little. plus eyeshadow, mascara and rouge :) but choosing the right mascara and make up is the most important thing to me. it's very hard to find one for me because i regularly go to th solarium and my skin tone changes. as for the rouge i have a make up mousse that is really really dark. it's almost brown/orange. i often use to highlight my cheeks. i don't like it when my skin is normal and then there are my super red cheeks! lolx i also don't like the powder rouge bc it often disappears when  i'm talking on my phone etc  rolleyesx

i have not the oiliest skin but not the dryest skin either. so when i have a long day and i get back home, i look in the mirror and see that my face often is somehow blotchy/blurred.  so that cream powder is just right for that.

but idk if i should cover it with a normal powder above all? because my face still shines a bit then :-\

Do you use a finishing powder? Use a finishing powder that doesn't add more tinting, I use MUFE's HD Finishing Powder, and maybe that can even your skintone out.

I have all kinds of rouges. ::lol:: I have this really cool cream rouge from ELF that feels like powder. It's so hard to explain but I use a stippling brush to apply it. I have all sorts of creams and powders for rouges. I tend to like the brighter colors, like the super pinks. I don't know why, maybe because I think it's cuter?
I like TooFaced's powder rouge, because I like applying a lot of it, but you're right that powders tend to come off more easily. I have also been using this blush stick from Hard Candy. It stays on really well, but I have to blend really well when I use it.

I don't own either. I'm a little "anti-MAC" ::lol:: but I know a lot of people praise MAC's brushes. I've wanted to get some Bobbi Brown brushes though! Both are too expensive for me though. :(

Anyone that can tell us what's up?

no i don't own a finishing powder. but i might buy me one. the thing is, i hate it when my face has a different skin colour than my dekoltée. so i have to be really careful :-\ other thing is that i like it to look natural and not like "Excuse me, You have some face on your makeup"

had to do it sorry lolx

as i regularly go to the solarium i have make up in 3 or 4 different skin tones  :P

i will definetly look for some cream rouge.
do you have a light skin colour? bright rouge colours really match with it imo :)
i don't have a really bright skin colour so i prefer mor the dark orange tones :) it makes me look even more tanned

as i neither live in the US nor in the UK i don't have no MAC items at all. It's too circuitous for me to purchase it.
as any country, germany has their own brands.
but i also love the L'Oréal and Manhattan stuff lolx i really like manhattan's maskara and make up, but it's so damn expensive >:(

^^ OMG that photo! ::lol:: The best way to look natural is to go for more neutral colors with your eye makeup, I think. Also you don't need like five different things to get a "natural" look to your skin. I see makeup tutorials where there's a primer, concealer, foundation, more concealer for different areas, highlighters, bronzers, and finishing powders. That's not natural. ::lol::

I think I have kind of light skin? I definitely don't have the way light skin that most East Asian girls have, but I'm not dark either. I'm too light be "medium". I don't like looking too tan. That's interesting that you like the tanned look and I don't.  I try to embrace the tanned look a bit more when I do get tans, but I prefer not being tanned.

My best friend loves MAC's foundations, but I'm not convinced. I've always thought MAC was overrated. But I haven't much room to really judge. I wish I could buy brands from other countries. I've never heard of Manhattan. But now I want to look it up. ::lol::

the thing is that i am from southern europe. most of the south-europeans are dark around the eyes (like Kim K. http://nationwideblast.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/no-make-kim-kardashian.jpg)
 i'm more tan though

it's really hard to hide these areas and make it look even it with the other areas. (also i'm darkhaired lol)

having a light skin andmanaging it to look good is really hard imo. though there are a lot of darkhaire people who manage to not look pale, like megan fox.
i'm rather the Eva Longoria type lolx

i've heard of MAC and there's only 1 store that sells MAC products but it's only limited. i might drop by and see what it really is lolx

Manhattan cosmetics is very popular over here. my mom loves their lip sticks. and i have a really good mascara of that brand and i have to be very careful with it ;D

Oh, yeah, I understand what you mean about the "blotchy" look now. It is really difficult to have a "flawless" look when applying foundation, highlighters, and concealers. I think the trick is to blend really well, and don't overdo it. Have you ever used concealers? I heard Amazing Cosmetics has an amazing concealer, especially for the under eyes. I want to buy one but they're super expensive.

I looked up Manhattan cosmetics, but I couldn't buy any. :'( ::lol:: I like some of the packaging. It's very sleek. It reminds me of MAC and NARS's packaging. A little of MakeUpForEver too. They have so many mascaras too!

If you like bronzers, you should check out if any shops near you sell TooFaced products. I LOVE TooFaced. They have so many bronzers and in such great quality. I have one of their bronzers but don't use it often. I also like the story the cofounder tells about why he wants to make the best bronzers. His sister got skin cancer and he wanted women to be able to have beautiful tanned skins without having to compromise their health by baking in the sun or tanning beds.
