Yesterday's defeat is not the end of the world..thank God it was only a narrow win so all possibilities are open. I'm sure the whole team will be even more motivated to go through the next stage of the CL, especially when bearing in mind that the final will be played in Madrid  ;)  and maybe Cristiano will score too...

remember - he scored against Lyon at this stage in 2008! So I'm hopeful on getting a replay of that year :)

I really feel sad about him...wasn´t able to go onlien the wole day  yesterday and now those bad news :(

They HAVE to win at the bernabeu..imagine if they won´t make it...the dream of the bernabeu would be all gone...simply horrible..

I don't think they will, they need more time to gell as a team, but I would like them to get to a decent position. Otherwise people (the press) will be questioning whether the players (Cristiano) are worth their money.

True though it's not Cristiano's fault United asked for that amount for him, Cristano is only 1 player in a team, he can't do it all on his own, they all need to gel as a team.

I think Real Madrid need to win a trophy, I think if Real Madrid beat Barcelona, one of the best teams ever maybe, to La Liga, that would be a successful first season imo and a good start for this new team.

Though they need to beat Lyon and go further, getting knocked out at this stage is not acceptable.
