Rafael Nadal sent a message to Cristiano to encourage after barça real madrid  :-*

ohhh, cris injured :-[ , I hope he recovers soon

I too am sad if he is not going to Zurich for World Cup selection, he is a great support to us with Iker.

Perhaps resting at home with his feet up will be good for Cris right now ;) just taking it easy and getting nursed  :-*

Don't train too hard, Cris!

He was in the Gym and he's injured. His ankle again :(
Hopefully, it's not serious.

And he will not travel to Zurich.

Medical Report:

Cristiano Ronaldo was subjected to a medical exploration before today's training session. Results show an inflamed tendon on his right ankle. The player will follow a medical treatment and have physiotherapy, and will be monitored for the next 24-48 hours.

:'( :'(
Hopefully he's ok , I don't want to miss him again  :-[  :-*

I guess Real Madrid need to see if the inflamanation goes down in Ronaldo's ankle in the next 24-48 hours that's why they they said they will monitor him for that time, to decide what to do next.

I fear he may play on Saturday even if he isn't okay cos that's just so Cris. Especially when you have this terrible defeat in last game and many players missing in such an important game against a hard opponent.

He was tackled in the beginning of the game... and then, when he was supposed to have a penalty when the GK Valdes made him fall.

I agree, hopefully Mourinho is smarter and sees the bigger picture..

Good news anyway that Kaka's recovery is in that point his return is getting close. They will announce a date of return soon.
