Hey, is this thread meant to talk about the mexican national team, or mexican football in general? Anyway, I'm so gutted about my team!! Santos is about to go to Primera A unless they start winning some games for a change! They are second last in the point charts.. just above Querétaro by like 0.01 or something. So that's nothing. And Oswaldo got injured this sunday, (luxación del hombro) he will be out for at least 6 weeks. He will miss the international friendlies against Venezuela and Ecuador (if I'm not wrong). But at least those are friendlies. I'm really worried about what will happen to Santos without him!

Santos kind of bought him expecting him to save us from the descence, but that's not impossible for just one player. Also Vuoso the striker got injured this sunday, he will be out just for three weeks. He is at a bad moment right now anyway, he's not doing much, so it probably won't affect as much. Oswaldo's performance hasn't been all over the top lately, I personally think the defense is not helping. And we really need him!! I know that he doesn't guarantee that Santos wins (OBVIOUSLY) but he is just such a good leader and he gives confidence to the team..

aaw I miss the good times of Santos with Jared Borgetti, Pony Ruiz, Adrian Mtz.. etc etc  but oh well..

Mexico u-20 national team is on the way for the world cup in canada they beated Jamaica (2-0 goals by Villaluz and Ronaldinhos mini me dos santos) and a caribean island (i dont remember the name ) also for 2-0

I haven't watched any of those games but I really should!! I'm so proud of those young players!! Like when they won sub-17 world cup.. and I love how the media calls them "Los Niños Heroes del Fútbol" I hope they win the championship again
