Pele backs Europeans' chances
Brazilian legend Pele believes both England and Italy have strong chances of winning the World Cup in Germany this summer.
Although admitting Brazil are the team to beat, Pele insists they will have to face some tough opponents if they are to reach the final.
As well as England and Italy, the former Brazilian international striker also stoked the claims of France, Argentina and Mexico.
"In my opinion Brazil are the best team, but it's not easy to win a World Cup," he said.
"England and Italy are very good and are two very strong European teams.
"These two teams are the ones that have the best chance of winning the World Cup.
"In addition to them I think France will be trying to avenge what happened in 2002, so they could also be a tough team.
"Brazil and Argentina are the giants from South America and in addition, Mexico has a good team."
