You're welcome. FIFA did the dirty work on that map. ::lol::

Cath31, you live in Montreal, right? You should go see a Brazil match! Lucas and Pato are impressive, to say the least. A Round of 16 match (July 12) and a Quarterfinal match (July 15) will be played in Montreal as well. Le Stade Olympique is the largest venue, so I'm pretty sure tickets are still available. If you go, have fun!
Yeah, le Stade Olymique is the largest in Canada and it's like 10 minutes in car from my house. Yeah, I wanted to see Brazil. They're playing on June 30th and June 3rd which are pretty soon. I'll see. ;) Call me Cath or Catherine. :P

I just finished watching the Canadian channel's preview for the WC Under 20. Damn American channels are too stupid to show this stuff.

Anyways. I can't wait for the games tomorrow. I think Portugal and Argentina will have a good run at the championship but, I think Brazil can win it too. I root for Portugal though. :)

Yeah :'( He was very unlucky. And the team will miss him badly. Still, I hope the other boys can do fine! Tomorrow is the day :D

::lol:: My dad was so sad that Brazil didn't win. I'm happy for Poland though they were really agressive lol.

Thanks for the results Jessy.

You're welcome. I'll pretty much keep the results posted.

I expected Brazil to win, but these tournaments are really anyone's game. I remember 2 years ago the US beat Argentina (who eventually went on to win the whole tournament). I still haven't recovered from that shock. ::lol::

Yeah, I thought Brazil would win too. Maybe they were under too much pressure? and I felt bad for  Król when he was sent out after I laughed about his crying. :( . I never saw the Us play, but there is a new player that everybody's talking about and have great expectations Adu I think.

I missed the red card. Poor kid. He'll miss the next match. But sometimes you can't help but laugh when players cry. This happens to me a lot when I see Cristiano cry. ::lol::

Brazil's without their usual captain, Lucas, so that could have a bit to do with it.

Preston Zimmerman for the US? He plays for Hamburg SV and he's replacing Johann Smith (Bolton Wanderers), who sprained his ankle. Some of the US players play overseas so they're, along with Adu, usually the ones that people expect a lot from.

OMG, Brasil and Argentina have the most stupid coaches ever :o :o :o
I´d take any of those jobs, for free, just to show them HOW NOT TO DO! They can´t even choose a decent system or players to start a game. And get paid for that >:(

Brasil was nothing but a bunch of players with some individual talent trying to dribble the whole polish team and winning the game alone. Poland deserve the win, I felt bad for the little guy who was sent off. Until they said he plays for Real Madrid, then I showed him my tongue.

Argentina wasn´t much better. Thay have basically the same team that played in the U20 Sudamericano in january, with the additions of Zarate and Kun on the starting 11.During the Sudamericano they couldn´t score simply because their strikers SUCKED. But their problem goes beyond that now. Their midfieldes are not trustable. Morales can´t do all by himself, Yacob and Banega are good players, but they´re better at defending. So they had 3 players alone upfront, trying to win over the good Czech defense.

Both disappointing, but they can do much better.

Thanks xox.Criszbaybee.xox!

The results:
Chile beat Canada, 3-0.
Jordan and Zambia tied, 1-1. (a player was sent off from each team :-\)
Spain and Uruguay tied, 2-2.
Japan beat Scotland, 3-1.
Nigeria beat Costa Rica, 1-0.

I watched the Spain-Uruguay match and I must say, Spain looked a little dead at first. There were some very "WTF?!??!" moments. They gave the Uruguayans a ton of space. Pique didn't put on a good praformance. He did not make me hhhhhhappy. Thanks for giving me a reason to dislike you more. ::lol::
Spain fought to the last minute for the draw, some players more than others.
