hey this is the training they did today after a press conference, can't believe such a big crowd watch them train!! lol if you go on this link http://www.fpf.pt/seleccoes/futebol11/masculino/aa/plano_ing.pdf you can see when they're training and stuff! lol

Força can mean alot of things liek: strength, go on, i think a Portuguese girl can explain it better i know the meaning of it but dont know how to explain.
