Spurs have like big brother envy.  There is a reason we let our players go.

How can you not love Eboue?  Bail implys he done something.  Not that I have a massive understanding of English criminal law ::lol:: Witnesses get let go after they have the information required.

No player facts for me? ::lol:: ::lol:: :'(  You just know that Arshavin's book would only be the most amazing thing you could ever read ::lol::

Fulham have said Schwarzer will not be leaving Fulham, so we wont be making any more signings this transfer window. Although I dont think Schwarzer is good enough for Arsenal, seems bloody stupid for Arsenal to unsettle our keepers by letting them know Arsene did not think they were good enough to be the number 1 keeper, only for us then to not sign anyone and so be stuck with players who knows we dont bloody want or think are good enough to be Arsenal number 1. Complete incompetence imo!

Anyway, seems to be Schwarzer was the only player on the cards, so once again I will watch SSN transfer deadline day, knowing the only Arsenal news will be who is leaving us and who else has picked up an injury. Talking of which Traore is going on a season long loan to Juventus according to SSN.

555 Questions and Answers on Women, Money, Politics and Football- I want to read that more than jenn's book

I think unsettling our keepers can be good it gives them a reason to buck up

That Eboue thing was a joke i got it from EboueFacts on twitter

How can we have soooooo many injuries after 3 bloody games, its ridiculous. Not like most have them did anything this summer, other than relax. Cesc and Robin aside, most of the players were knocked out of the world cup early, hell the French squad had a strike half way through FFS, and the non-world cup players just lay on beaches with their WAGS.

I have a theory, I blame the fact they are all so pretty. We never had these problems when the likes of Adams, Parlour, Kanu etc played for us. Its the pretty factor, we need to sign ugly players. Look through the team, ok they may not all be drop dead gorgeous but they are all pretty, we dont have a Tevez, a Rooney, a Kuyt or a Terry. Since we sold Senderos, there is not one player in that team who you would consider horrifically unattractive. Whereas the other teams all have at least one player (often more, Man United for example have half a squad) that is massively unattractive, the sort of horrifically unattractive that you know would have led to most dying virgins had it not been for the fact they had better than average eye foot coordination, whereas we have a team of pretty boys. The prom king sort, who you know would be more likely to ask to borrow your hair straighteners than to build a shed. It cant be a coincidence...

::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol:: Come on Big Phil isnt that bad is he? He does look like he's constantly worrying about something but on the whole I wouldn't call him ugly.  Anyways you're forgetting Mannone ::lol::

To be fair we've been too sexy since Flamini left.

And I wouldn't call Squillaci a pin up either ::lol::  who really wants to look at a team of munters when we aint doing well?  Much rather looking at somethin easy on the eye.  A team of ugly guys is just depressing!

Squillaci was not too bad looking in his youth, and he has intense eyes and a French accent working for him as well. Although I agree not a pin up, not a Rooney either. Vito would pull on a night out, he is not a good looking man however he does not need to stock up on Rohypnol either...and he might grow into his nose.

Although I agree fully with your point, aesthetically pleasing players do make for a more enjoyable viewing experience, I think we should give ugly a shot. Not the whole team, just one or 2 who we could hide in amongst the pretty, just to see if the injury situation eases up. Stoke (and others of that nature) want to beat the pretty out of our players, to snap their dainty little ankles, and to blacken their sparkling eyes, if a couple look like Shrek's lovechild at least we could guarantee 2 players end the game in one piece. We could stick one ugly in goal, kill 2 birds with 1 stone...

Our 25 man squad has been announced, all 20 of them ::) ::lol:: and Sky Sports have fucked it up already ::lol::

From Sky Sports:

Manuel Almunia, Andrey Arshavin, Nicklas Bendtner, Marouane Chamakh, Gael Clichy, Pereka Neves Denilson, Vassiriki Abou Diaby, Johan Danon Djourou-Gbadjere, Emmanuel Eboue, Lukasz Fabianski, Cesc Fabregas, Laurent Koscielny, Vito Mannone, Samir Nasri, Tomas Rosicky, Bacary Sagna, Bilong Song, Dimitri Alexandre, Robin Van Persie, Thomas Vermaelen, Sebastien Squillaci.

I could not even begin to guess how to pronounce some of those names. Djourou in particular is a bit of a mouthful. You may notice a mystery player listed there, a man who goes by the name of Dimitri Alexandre. Gotta love Sky Sports News, cant even copy and paste without cocking it up  ::lol::

I hate mispronounciation of player's names.  I remember watching a champions league game back in first year of uni.  A whole 5 years ago ( :o ).  For 45 minutes it was 'Jabby'.  Second half it was Diaby and i was like who the hell is that?  Same person just idiot commentators.

On the player squad.  Why the hell have they felt the need to give us Denilson's full name.. and where did Pereka come from?  then they just say Cesc Fabregas?  And theres 21 names in that list no? ::lol::

Can we nominate an ugly player to play for us?  I choose Carlos Cuellar.
