Arminia Bielefeld Shock Bayern.

IN a sold out stadium in Bielefeld on Saturday Arminia Bielefeld beat Champions Bayern Munchen 2:1.
New signing Van Bommel opened the scoring after 6 min. A Sweinsteiger corner gave the Arminia defence problems and Van Bommel forced a loose ball over the line.
After 20 mins England star Owen Hargreaves was forced to leave the field after a collision with Arminias Thorben Marx. It was later confirmed that he had broken his fibula and is expected to be out for up to 6 Weeks.
1 min after Argentine International Demichelis replaced Hargreaves, Arminia equalised from a free kick, Artur Wichniarick heading past Bayern Keeper Khan at the far post.
Danish U21 player Jonas Kamper grabbed the points for Arminia with an unstoppable 20m free kick.

Sorry if this is turning into an Arminia Bielefeld thread, but nobody else seems to want to write about any other side in the Bundesliga, so......

Arminia beat Dutch UEFA Cup hopefulls FC Twente Enschede 2 : 0.

A friendly match between the two sides to keep up match fitness during the International weekend, saw 2 first half goals from Arminia's South African International Sibusiso Zuma.
Despite plenty of substitutes in the second half, Arminia continued to dominate the game and could have won by a clearer margin. Jonas Kamper hit the bar and both David Kobylik and Radim Kucera missed clear chances.

I'm so excited I've got tickets for the match Dortmund against Armenia Bielefeld on 4th November!! It'll only be my second time ever watching a soccer game live!! I'm so excited!! Wohoo ;)  I'll be standing in the Südtribühne, that should be fun!

Hope BVB will win against Cotbus this weekend! Fingers crossed!

No games today 'cause of the Internationals, only Regional Liga I think.
Next weekend starts again. We are away at Nurnberg.   :-\
