dont know if you knew but he converted to muslim when he was in secondry school (i think) because of he made very good friends with his janitor at his school who was also muslim and who tought him alot

Thanks for that, it's quite interesting!! The other day I googled him and there was something like "also try Robin van Persie muslim" and I had no clue he was muslim but this explains it..  btw what religion did he practice before converting to islam?

a janitor is like someone in a school or something that cleans and does odd jobs, like fixing things.like a caretaker

as the only resident arsenal fan who post in the arsenal thread, i'll talk abit about his footy! i'm hoping he'll turn out to be as good as Bergkamp, i really think he'll get the chance to prove himself this season, next to Henry which will give him all the confidence in the world. He might be pushed by Walcott and maybe even Rosicky for a place, but i think he'll live up to that and work his sexy arse off anyways, he had a mixed season, started abit rough (cos of rape stuff) and injuries hampered his season but when he was on form he was amazing. Goal against Wigan in carling cup stands out for me as a highlight. Also goal against ivory coast in WC was also stunning, more of that next season please!
