Rules for Photos and Videos:
- All topics in here should contain pictures/videos/media etc related to Cristiano Ronaldo.
- Do not open a new topic if you are posting only one photo/video. Any random, singular or old photos/videos are to be posted in the Ultimate Photo or Video thread (of each respective month for pictures).
- If you post any picture, you MUST site the source from which you took it.
- Do not open new topics for fan-made videos. Post them in the Fan Video Thread - that's why it was created.
- Please post pictures taken with Cristiano Ronaldo in the Ultimate Photo thread or in the "Pictures Taken with Fans" thread.
- Please open picture/video threads for Cristiano Ronaldo/Manchester United matches just before kick off and not hours before; this is to avoid spam and keep the thread tidy, and make the media posted easy to access instead of having to go through countless pages of unnecessary posts.
- Do NOT spam or posts WILL BE DELETED.
- Do not use offensive language towards other members or posts will be deleted/warnings issued.
- Do not start a thread if there is one already open about the same topic.
- Post in ENGLISH only.
WHEN OPENING A NEW THREAD OR POSTING A PICTURE/VIDEO:
- Include the date and a small description of the content in the topic title.
- Upload pictures on your own bandwidth ? Do NOT hotlink. (Hotlinking is when you directly copy the url of a website and put it between img tags).
- Post all pictures as THUMBNAILS or LINKS, not their full size (between img tags) especially if they are large HQ pics. If you don?t know how, go to any file uploading website (www.imageshack.us, www.imagebam.com etc) and copy+paste the thumbnail option or link.
- Always credit the source of the pictures (person?s name, website etc) if they are not your own property.
Rules for posting:It has come to our notice lately that some members have been quite negative about Cristiano Ronaldo on this forum. We understand that since Ronaldo has moved to Real Madrid, there are a lot of upset United fans, who are unfortunately trying to take out their frustration and anger on the player by posting rude comments, and also, there are some who only join this forum to criticize Ronaldo. We would like to make it very clear that such attitude will NOT be tolerated here since, just to remind everyone again, this is a Cristiano Ronaldo fan forum. We do realize, however, that some members come here only to post in certain threads or to socialize with members they have become friends with over the years even if they are not Ronaldo fans. That is perfectly fine, but please refrain from making rude, sarcastic or generally negative comments about Ronaldo anywhere on this forum as it disrupts the atmosphere here. Members who do not comply with this and continue to make disparaging remarks
will be banned from the forum.
