Ronaldhino only won it once when he played for Barcelona.

Luso businessman Jorge Mendes, the architect of the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo and Pepe to Real Madrid, among others, was named Man of the Year by the newspaper "A Bola", according to today's edition.

Cristiano Ronaldo was at the ceremony of presenting the award, which was held over dinner at a hotel in Lisbon.
Mendes is the director of the Gestifute, which also negotiated Deco's pass to Barcelona in 2004.

The Real Madrid president Florentino Perez told the Lisbon daily, stressed the enormous bargaining power "of Mendes, which enabled the largest transfer of football history when Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United.
