Yeah I go to the melbourne victory games with my boyfriend, its pretty good! The fans I mean, the quality of football isnt as great, and no players as sexy as our man :P
Ah good on ya! Damn, we got beat by them on Sunday. Curse you (just kidding!). We lost 4-2, and it was absolutely bucketing down all game. I did not envy those boys running around in the mud, that's for sure. I had mini donuts to keep me warm though, good times (My bf and I have a tradition that we get donuts at every game. We are such fatties hahaha)

3-0 loss to Adelaide. It doesn't sound that bad, but believe me it could have (/should have) been a lot worse than that. No determination, no aggression, it almost looked like the Phoenix didn't bother trying to win. Disappointed, and I hope it kicks them into another gear for the game against the Mariners next round. It's probably a good thing the international window came along when it did.

Well I'm not sure about the Phoenix players taking part because the Becks game is meant to be on December 6th and we play Adelaide again on the 5th, in Adelaide so I doubt that any of the Phoenix would want to play on the 6th if they had to travel through the night back to NZ. But yeah I'm not sure haha.

Tony unfortunately didn't get signed by Boro, he didn't end up getting a chance to play a game, all he got to do was train and it's kinda hard to showcase your skills if all you're doing in drills. But he might be going back next season for a proper trial.

i went to the Melbourne Victory Vs Fulham match!
it honestly was amazing to see EPL footballers play but i was really disappointed in the turn up of the game :(
it was only 20666 attentance i think.
and Victory lost 3-0 :( though we did have the first shot in goal but oh well... the style of football overseas compared to here in Australia is so different :(
