Stephen Colletti was born in Orange County, California. He grew up playing sports ranging from surfing and skimboarding to golf, soccer and snowboarding. Since the age of 11, Stephen also found an interest to act in small local theaters. During Stephen's senior year in high school, he was approached by MTV to appear in a television show that would document his life and friends in Laguna Beach. No one could have imagined that this offer would result in "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County" (2004), which became People Magazine's "Best Breakthrough Reality Show of 2005." Eventually, Stephen moved to San Francisco to begin his freshman year in college at San Francisco State University. After completing his freshman year, Stephen was faced with some life-changing decisions. He decided not to return to San Francisco and instead moved to Los Angeles where he could further concentrate on developing his craft and passion as an actor. Currently, he studies with Steven Anderson and "Actorswork." Since then, Stephen has found roles in film and television with Normal Adolescent Behavior (2006) and One Tree Hill (2006), respectfully. With his good looks and So-Cal charm, he has landed at the top of many publisher's lists. He has been included in Teen Peoples' "Top Ten Most Beautiful Guy Stars of 2005" and featured in Teen Vogue's "Young Hollywood's Up and Coming for 2005." Although Stephen's main interest is acting, he recently co-hosted MTV Goes Gold on New Years Eve in their Time Square studio. He has appeared multiple times on TRL really enjoys meeting and interacting with all of his fans.

Laguna Beach was actually reality but i think having the cameras in their faces kinda made them feel weird and came out like it was acting

he never dated Lauren Conrad - well, not like a real boyfriend-girlfriend thing and he's not with her now.
I think Hayden dumped him because he was jealous of her acting success (and as much as i love the guy, he WAS jealous. it was obvious in a paparazzi video i saw of them)

but whatever, Hayden's loss is some other lucky girl's gain!

and I love Kristin - she's so pretty and fun. I love the drama that comes with her lol.

as for the scripting thing, it wasnt scripted as such but they only filmed it on weekends. so sometimes they would have to react things that had happened during the week. and when they were all just sitting around talking, the producers would tell them "ok so talk about stephen hooking up with lauren" then they would all discuss it. but they werent told what to say. so i think it was kind of controlled rather than scripted.

and they probably do have fun and busy lives cos they're all rich lol. if most teenagers could afford yachts and trips to cabo, they would do it all the time too. and of course they only show the interesting bits, i bet their lives arent like that 24/7 but nobody would watch it if it was half an hour of stephen laying on a sofa throwing coco pops into the air and catching them in his mouth lol.

I don't think Hayden dumped Stephen because he was jealous of her acting success. You can't say that with just watching 1 pap video. They loved each other.

Kristin is gorgeous and some say she might come across as a total bitch but apparently LC changed aswel but I love both girls.

if you search hayden on x17 there is a video of her and stephen walking and the paps are asking her about how it feels to be such a big star and how everyones loving her and raving about her talents, she starts to answer saying "its exciting" etc and stephen tells the pap to shut up and stop talking to them. but he was fine about the pap being there until he started talking about how great hayden's career is going.

and theres another where fans were asking hayden to sign autographs and pose for pictures but none of them asked stephen and he was so pissed. he went over took her by the hand and dragged her away cos he was jealous.


and then when they split up she said something like "we're still friends and we're supportive of each others careers" which was weird cos nobody had said they werent. its like when the gay footballer story came out and ashley cole released a statement saying "stop saying that! im not gayyyy!!" when nobody mentioned him. kind of protested too much.


i love him to pieces but it is just so obvious he was jealous of how well her career was taking off. if you saw the video you would know what im talking about.
