The programme I've used is 'Windows Movie Maker', if you didn't notice, it was on the credits at the end of the video. xP I believe it is a default programme on windows XP and newer versions.

i used windows movie maker. and there's this section where you can add music to. and if you're using a video (with its original sound) but you wanna add your own music, you can mute the original sound. it's quite a useful movie making programme. i believe windows XP and above should have it.
